How we work

Our projects typically combine spending time on-site with clients for briefing, research and progress reporting and time spent at our office in Plymouth, Devon. The office is in a brand new, environmentally-friendly business centre, where we have excellent broadband and VoIP facilities, and access to meeting rooms, office services and a community-run cafe.

Although many of our clients are based in London and abroad, we enjoy a better quality of life in the sunny south west as well as significantly lower business overheads. We pass these savings onto clients, who also benefit from the higher productivity associated with remote working.

Out of sight, however, is not out of mind and we maintain close communication with clients throughout a project. Skype group chats enable ongoing, persistent discussion and reporting and we use low-cost, high-quality conference calling for dispersed meetings when required.

We can provide private website access to clients to project documents and prototypes and can provide a private wiki for collaborative work if required. We can also help you to learn about using collaborative tools to enhance your productivity and communication processes.

We love working with startups and understand the financial constraints they face. When we travel onsite, we are conscious of expenses and don't expect to travel first class or indulge in grade a hotels. If the location is convenient and clean and has wifi we are happy!
